That’s what my niece just told me when we hugged because she was upset about something. I told her that she can always talk to me about anything if she ever needs someone else to talk to other then my sister. Because even though it may not show, I love my niece with all my heart. I’ve been in her life ever since she was born ; I don’t ever want our bond to die. I want it to grow. So, letting her know that she always has someone else to trust and talk to about life ; with hope, things will grow between us. I want her to view me as somewhat of a hero like how I view my sister as mine.
